Proof before commitment

Confidence before the meter starts running.

The Implementation Blueprint gives your leadership team the three kinds of confidence every ERP buyer should have before the first invoice. Platform confidence: is this the right software for your constraints. Timing confidence: is your organization ready to absorb the change. Partner confidence: are we the right firm for the work.

A fixed-fee diagnostic run with your team. Best in person. Remote on request.

Successful ERP projects always have clarity

Vague goals. Wishlist requirements. A partner who avoids hard questions that might slow the sale. Decisions made in rooms your team was never invited into. The risks show up at month nine. The budget is already gone.

What the Blueprint Is

The Implementation Blueprint is a fixed-fee diagnostic. Senior members of our project team spend days with your key stakeholders in conference rooms, on the warehouse floor, in production areas, and at storefronts. We combine structured stakeholder sessions with facility walkthroughs and direct observation of your live workflows. The output is a written report that maps your current state, scores operational risk, and lays out a phased roadmap for implementation. A steering committee presentation follows, where we walk your executive team through the findings under live questioning. You own the deliverable regardless of what you decide next. About 85% of Blueprint clients continue with us for Phase 1.

  • Executive alignment check. Do the CEO, CFO, and COO agree on what winning looks like?
  • Previous partner post-mortem. What broke. Why this time is different.
  • Political obstacles and competing priorities identified early

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the engagement demand from our team?

Structured interviews with your CEO, CFO, and COO. Workshops with operations, finance, IT, and frontline leaders. Floor observation during live shifts. Onsite typically runs three to six days total depending on the complexity of your business operations. We plan around your production schedule. The report and executive readout follow in the days after.

Why do you charge for this?

The people onsite are senior members of our project team. They're the ones who would run your implementation if you hire us. They spend days with your operations, finance, and IT teams, observing live workflows on your floor. A scoping call can't go that deep. You keep our findings and recommendations, plus the executive readout.

How detailed is the report? Can we act on it without you?

The report is built to drive an implementation. Every finding, recommendation, and risk is documented in enough depth for a new partner to act on without our involvement. In practice, about 85% of Blueprint clients continue with us for Phase 1.

You sell ERP implementations. How is your recommendation actually objective?

The senior operators onsite are the team that would run your implementation. We aren't shy. If we believe one of our platforms fits your reality, we say so. If none of them fit, we say that too.

How does the Blueprint work with our RFP or selection consultant?

The Blueprint doesn't replace an RFP or a selection consultant. It goes deeper. We document your current-state operations, score data quality and migration complexity, and test platform fit against your actual constraints. The result is the operational truth your RFP should be responding to. It also brings current vendor intelligence: recent releases, capability gaps, phasing considerations, and patterns from hundreds of implementations. Vendors respond to a sharper spec. Selection consultants have more to work with.
