The first conversation is a free 30-minute call with someone who has run implementations. We’ll ask what’s happening in your operation, which decisions you’re trying to make, and what would have to be true for a project to be worth doing at all. You’ll leave the call with our honest read on your situation, whether or not we ever work together.
It’s a working conversation, not a demo. No slides unless you ask for them. And if you’ve already chosen your platform, we won’t reopen the decision. We implement all three.
One more thing you’ll notice: with your consent, Peregrine, our AI delivery system, joins the call and takes the notes. If you’d rather it sit out, just say so.
First calls often lead to wider ones. You’ll usually want your own people in the follow-ups, and we bring in the subject matter experts who fit what you’re facing.
If you’re asking about the Implementation Blueprint, this call is where it starts. We use it to understand your situation and confirm a Blueprint is the right next step. The Blueprint itself is a fixed-fee onsite diagnostic, scoped and priced after that conversation.
