Delivery practices

Four practice areas: IFS, Odoo, Acumatica, and Engineering. Each practice runs implementations end to end, from discovery through go-live and beyond. We hire consultants and engineers who'd rather own a hard implementation end to end than hand off pieces of it.

Sales

Sales and Account Management. Sales focuses on platform-agnostic discovery and helping prospects find the right ERP fit. AM owns long-term customer relationships once delivery begins. We hire honest sellers and AMs who treat their pipeline like a craft.

Shared services

People, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. The teams that keep the business running and growing. Smaller in headcount, broad in impact. We hire individuals who can build the systems we need before we have them.

What you can expect from our process

  1. You apply. A real person reads your application within a few business days. We respond either way.
  2. Initial conversation. Usually with a recruiter or the hiring manager. Thirty minutes. We get to know you. You get to know us.
  3. Working sessions. Two or three conversations with the people you'd actually work with. We talk through real problems, not brain teasers.
  4. Decision. We aim to give you a yes or a no within two weeks of your first conversation. If we're slow, push us.
